The execution of the order is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices, the description of the products on sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.
LAPIYAMA will inform the CLIENT, as soon as possible, of the lack of availability of the requested product.
How do we deliver it?
Delivery at home: through a courier service- LAPIYAMA uses MRW, in case the CLIENT has provided LAPIYAMA with a mobile phone number, that will receive an SMS, indicating the day and time it will be delivered out delivery If you have not provided any mobile phone, the carrier will appear at the address indicated by the CLIENT. In case of absence of the CLIENT at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice, indicating his phone number, so that the CLIENT can contact the carrier directly for delivery. Is it safe card payment?

LAPIYAMA at no time has access to the data of the CLIENT card. What is included in the price?

A fixed charge for packaging and shipping will be added to each order. The additional cost related to this concept will be indicated on the website.
What happens if I want to return the product? How much time do I have? Who covers the return costs?
The buyer will have 14 days from the day of the delivery of the order to change the purchased item for another item of the same price. If the price of the new item is lower than the previous item purchased, the CUSTOMER will have a gift voucher equivalent to the difference between one price and another that may be used within a period of three months from when the gift check was issued.
No refunds will be made in cash or by bank transfer or payments made by card.
